Making progress on our health and weight loss goals should be simple. However, our brain often makes things difficult by getting caught in uncomfortable, repetitive mental loops thanks to internal questions.

Asking yourself questions and dwelling on over-analysis is the biggest obstacle to taking action. I’ve seen so many women struggle with this because, subconsciously, they don't actually want to come up with an answer. Contemplation and questioning are the perfect excuses to hold off starting your diet for another day.

Today we'll discuss how to move past these questions and start finding answers so that we move towards positive action. We'll identify some of these troublesome questions, explain their cause, and detail a plan for moving past them.
