My program is the perfect solution for the busy doctor who wants to feel good again, mentally and physically. Together, we’ll blast through the excuses and find out what’s really holding you back from losing weight. We’ll determine why you overeat in the first place and then create solutions to get you back on track for good. And we’ll delve into the belief systems you have that are ultimately holding you back from being who you really want to be.

How Does It Work?

In my doctors-only coaching group, we do the majority of our coaching online. This makes getting the help you need possible, no matter how crazy your schedule is!

In this group, you learn everything you need to know to become a naturally thin person. You learn to eat like a naturally thin person and you learn to think like a naturally thin person. Plus you develop deep, meaningful connections with other like-minded, women physicians.

What Will I Get?

Once you’ve completed my program, you’ll have discovered all the reasons you overeat and will have worked through them so that you only need to use food for fuel (and only occasional joy!). You’ll understand how your brain works for you and against you and how to continue to coach yourself as new challenges come up in your life. And the best part: you’ll have lost weight! Possibly all of it or perhaps a great start, depending on how much you want to lose. And this all will happen rather effortlessly because you’ll have cleaned house in your brain!
